Shipping policy

We do ship internationally - contact us for details.

All items are dispatched on a standard 2-3 day delivery service unless an urgent delivery is required, in which case we will do our best to get it dispatched the same day on a next day service.

All goods are tested & checked in our workshop to their full potential on more than one occasion to ensure the goods have no faults or errors. We have full faith in the items we sell and we do our absolute best to ensure our customers receive a great quality product from us thats going to last!

All items are securely strapped & wrapped on pallets to a high standard. 

IMPORTANT: When receiving your order please check the goods and packaging for transport damage before signing the consignment.

Note - If there is damage, please sign for goods as "DAMAGED" and notify us immediately, failure to do this will result in a claim being refused. Notifications of any damages must be reported to Air Industries Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We cannot accept any claim for damages after this period.
